My experience was challenging as I'm relocating from out of state however Jim made it very workable. I spoke with him in the fall of 2019 to provide my property specifications. From then on he was spot on with all his recommendations. Jim accommodated me on several visits to NC by queuing homes for viewing & even did FaceTime walkthroughs when I was in PA ; on the last trip we were successful after 2 prior misses (not Jim's fault). My name is James Oksen, I moved from California to the Triangle area in 2005 and have been selling real estate since my arrival. For my achievements in real estate, I have been awarded the International Diamond Society’s Award of Excellence for the past several years.
Prior to real estate, I was an office manager for a small transportation company where I wore just about every hat in the business from sweeping floors to customer service. In my first 5 years with the transportation company, I helped take them from annual revenues of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
